The key individuals in our family office team in London are



Richard Moore 

Richard is a chartered accountant who has been working within Moore Stephens for all his career. He was managing partner and senior partner of Moore Stephens LLP in London and chairman of Moore Stephens International overseeing its change to Moore Global. Early in 2019 he established Moore Family Office as part of Moore Global to specialise in looking after the international families with whom he had been working for over forty years.


  Francis Moore

Francis trained in Moore Stephens LLP in London as a chartered accountant and also qualified as a chartered tax advisor. He was part of the Moore Stephens LLP family office team and now is a director in Moore Family Office working with the Moore Family Office Group. He specialises in UK tax and the taxation issues relating to international families.

In 2018, he was named by ePrivateclient as one of the 'Top 35 under 35', and by Accountancy Age as one of the 'Top 35 under 35 in business'. He has also co-authored a chapter entitled 'What is a Family Office?' in the second edition of the STEP Family Offices handbook, which was published in May 2019.


  Angela Robinson

Angela is a chartered accountant with specific experience in financial reporting and a wide range of accounting matters. She was on the assurance side in Moore Stephens LLP working with a number of international families and now deals with audit and accounting matters for the Moore Family Office Group.

  Martin Pollock
Senior Manager

Martin spent 18 years as part of the Moore Stephens LLP Trusts & Estates team and is now responsible for trusts and outsourcing in Moore Family Office.

He has experience in the administration, accounting and tax compliance for UK trusts together with the establishment and running of charitable trusts, including registration with the Charity Commission. He offers a bespoke service to charities assisting them to administer their philanthropic work. He oversees the outsourcing requirements of clients.

Martin has completed his STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates, which is recognised worldwide as the benchmark qualification for those involved in the trusts and estates profession.

  Alice Baker

Alice started her career at Deloitte LLP, within the UK/US High Net Worth team, working predominantly with individuals with a nexus to both the UK and the US, and qualifying as a tax technician, a charterted tax advisor, and an IRS enrolled agent.

She joined Moore Family Office in May 2021, and specialised in tax planning and compliance issues associated with high-net-worth individuals and families, including those surrounding individuals who are either not domiciled in the UK or have connections to the US.

  Bethany Hotchen
Senior Executive

Bethany initially trained within the Private Client Services team at Moore Stephens LLP, qualifying as a tax technician.

She joined Moore Family Office in October 2019, and specialises in tax planning and compliance issuses associated with high-net-worth individuals, including those surrounding residence and domicile. Bethany is qualified as a chartered tax advisor.

  Lynne Webster
Personal Assistant

Lynne formally worked at Moore Stephens LLP for over 38 years, performing a variety of different roles during that time in accounting administration and supporting the senior partner.

She joined Moore Family Office in September 2019, as personal assistant to the directors. Alongside that role, she deals with the day to day administration of a number of grant giving Charitable Trusts.


  Cindy Glasby

Cindy is a lawyer and notary and was part of the Moore Stephens Family Office team both in the UK and overseas and now a consultant with Moore Family Office working with the Moore Family Office Group.  She has particular knowledge on international structures and legal aspects relating thereto.
